September 6, 2003 - Farley Printing Company recently completed installation of a Screen Plate Rite 4300 Thermal Platesetter. Thermal CTP(Compluter to Plate)is renown for its sharp dots and for enabling easier process control and consistent, high-quality presswork. It also offers the benefits of daylight handling. This installation along with the expansion of its Rampage Workflow system moves Farley Printing to an all digital workflow. While an imagesetter will be kept on-line to service current clients who require film output, all production will now be done using CTP technology.

The system allows for fully automated processing and finishing of the plates. The Plate Rite 4300 is able to output up to 20 plates an hour(at 2400 dpi ), which enables Farley Printing to both increase it production efficiency and capacity. The end result is a higher quality product delivered to the client in a shorter time frame.

The addition of digital proofing further enhances the Company's ability to reduce turnaround times.
