About
Farley Printing Company is a family owned and operated business. Established in 1973 by founder Joseph P. Farley, Sr., the company initially focused on publishing and advertising. With the acquisition of Knebels Press in 1977, a concerted effort was made to energize and develop the commercial printing division, while the publishing and advertising activities were phased out.
In July of 2008, Farley Printing Company expanded its operation to include two production plants with the acquisition of Dover Litho Printing Company in Dover, DE. This additional capacity allowed the company to continue to better serve its local, regional and national clients.
Today Farley Printing Company operates a three shift production facility with offices in Wilmington and Dover, Delaware. The company is owned and operated by Joseph Farley, Jr.

FSC
Farley Printing Company has received Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) chain-of-custody certification. Using certified papers is part of the FSC's world-wide efforts to promote environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial and economically viable management of the world's forests.
FSC's model of certification allows products that flow from certified forests to enter the marketplace with a credential that is unique. Any FSC labeled product can be traced back to a certified source. This aspect of the system is the basis for any credible certification system and is the link between consumer preference and responsible, on the ground forest management.
To earn this certification, Farley Printing Company underwent a rigorous process that encompassed a site audit of its policies and procedures, records, paper usage and product labeling. Certification in the program expands and acknowledges Farley Printing Company's dedication to the environment and sustainability practices in its production facility. The certification process was performed by SGS, an independent third-party certifier of environmental and sustainability claims.
Jobs printed on certified papers may bear the logo and trademarks of the FSC organization subject to the graphic standards of the sponsoring organizations.
